In this full day session, you will hear from various speakers on topics such as how the information you provide vis SARs helps not only build a case, but how that information is used to prosecute cases, what the most common exam findings are when it comes to BSA. You will learn how what to you do as someone who handles or is responsible for BSA at your organization makes a difference.

David Pace
David Pace, Manager of Regulatory Advocacy, League of Southeastern Credit Unions

David Pace graduated from Georgia State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration on Finance. While in college he worked for Associated Credit Union as a Risk Management Assistant focusing on third-party due dilgence. After graduating he got a job with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance as a FinTech Examiner who specialized Money Service Businesses and cryptocurrency companies. He is now the Manager of Regulatory Advocacy with LSCU.

David Pace
William G. Berg, VP, Compliance Training and Information, League of Southeastern Credit Unions

Bill Berg has been with the League of Southeastern Credit Unions (formerly the Florida Credit Union League) since 1988 and currently serves as the vice president of compliance training and information. In this position, Bill answers technical/regulatory questions; provides customized training to credit unions, chapters, and other groups; and facilitates planning sessions for credit unions. Bill was one of the principal authors of League InfoSight and is the editor of the bankruptcy and collections and security channels. Prior to joining the LSCU, Bill worked for eleven years for the Federal Reserve of Atlanta – Jacksonville Branch.
