Voting is an integral piece of our political system and crucial for maintaining representation for the credit union community. We aim to ensure that credit-union friendly lawmakers remain in office. Please look below for information on registering to vote in your state and making sure your voice is heard.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, many states are altering their voting schedules and requesting that voters utilize absentee or vote-by-mail ballots. Not only a quick and simple voting method, voting by mail helps keep lines shorter and safer for everyone. For more information about requesting a vote by mail ballot, please look to the links below.
Request deadline for Runoff: July 9th
Request deadline for General Election: October 29th
All absentee ballots must be postmarked no later than the day prior to the election day. If hand delivered, the ballot must be in the office of the Absentee Election Manager by the close of business on the day prior to the election.
Request deadline for Primary: August 15th
Request deadline for General Election: October 29th
All absentee ballots must be postmarked no later than election day. If hand delivered, the ballot must be returned no later than election day by 7:00pm EDT.
*Except on Election Day, no excuse is needed to vote a vote-by-mail ballot

May 18th - Early Voting in the Georgia Primary Begins
June 5th - Early Voting in the Georgia Primary Ends
June 9th - Georgia Primary Election
July 14th - Alabama Runoff Election
July 20th - Early Voting in the Georgia Runoff Begins
August 7th - Early Voting in the Georgia Runoff Ends
August 11th - Georgia Runoff Election
October 12th - Early Voting for the General Election in Georgia Begins
October 24th - Early Voting in the General Election in Florida Begins
October 30th - Early Voting in Georgia Ends
October 31st - Early Voting in Florida Ends
November 3rd - General Election
