The League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates represents nearly 300 credit unions in Alabama, Florida and Georgia, with a combined total of $189 billion in assets and more than 12.4 million members. LSCU provides advocacy, compliance services, education and training, cooperative initiatives, and communications.
LSCU & Affiliates was originally formed through the consolidation of the Alabama Credit Union League and the Florida Credit Union League in 2009. The Georgia Credit Union League joined the effort in 2019.
LEVERAGE, the service corporation for LSCU & Affiliates, is the business services provider that leverages credit union system resources, relationships, and industry knowledge for optimal performance and sustained growth of its clients and business partners. LEVERAGE works to offer credit unions best-in-class products and services that result in reducing costs, maximizing results, and making the biggest impact.
The Southeastern Credit Union Foundation (SECUF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the progressive professional development of credit union staff and volunteers, enhancing financial capability programs for all age groups, and the creation of valuable resources for member credit unions and the communities they serve. The SECUF mission is to support economic growth by promoting financial wellness, sparking collaborative community initiatives, and providing disaster preparedness and relief to credit unions.

Region One (Alabama):
Category One – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 8,499 or less.
Category Two – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 8,500 to 62,999.
Category Three – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 63,000 or more.
Region Two (Florida):
Category One – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 16,999 or less.
Category Two – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 17,000 to 111,999.
Category Three – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 112,000 or more.
Region Three (Georgia):
Category One – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 12,499 or less.
Category Two – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 12,500 to 44,999.
Category Three – Shall consist of those credit unions having total membership of 45,000 or more.
