ServiStar Consulting and LSCU have partnered to offer Leadership College 2023. This research-based, academic-level curriculum has been customized exclusively for LSCU members. It will take new and emerging managers and transform them into confident, competent, high-performing leaders who will develop their leadership style, deploy core coaching skills, and maximize employee engagement and performance.

Each participant will build competencies and retain newly acquired skills through live training, in-person workshops, homework assignments, a capstone project/presentation, and more.

Leadership College's Instructor: Mike Neill

Mike Neill

Mike is the Chief Learning Officer and founder of ServiStar Consulting and the author of two books, Creating and Maintaining a Credit Union Sales and Service Culture (CUES, 2001) and Coaching for Performance (CUES, 2004).

Additionally, Mike is one of the most sought-after speakers in the credit union movement and has presented to thousands of credit union professionals for national and state credit union trade associations. Before starting ServiStar Consulting in 1998, Mike worked as a credit union senior executive, leading the credit union to a number two ranking in member product penetration and the top 25 in “value to member.”

Mike’s extensive background in credit unions and singular focus on the credit union industry allows him to relate to and instruct credit union employees at every level. Mike graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development.
