Cyber Incident Crisis Communications
Preventing a cyber incident is always preferable, but what do you do if hackers get through? How do you best inform your members, your employees, your community, and the media about the incident and how you’re dealing with it? Poorly handled communications in the aftermath of an attack can do even more damage to your credit union’s health and your members’ trust than the incident itself. Learn how a comprehensive and proactive crisis communications plan can set the narrative early, mitigate the public relations fallout, and restore (and possibly even increase) the trust that your community and members place in you.
