Never Let 'Em See You Sweat: Tips for Public Speaking and Working a Room
Jerry Seinfeld once got a big laugh when he joked about a survey that found that the fear of public speaking ranks higher in most people's minds than the fear of death. "In other words," he deadpanned, "at a funeral, the average person would rather be in the casket than giving the eulogy." For many, networking doesn’t rank much higher. But have no fear – there really is an art and a science to both! In this session, we’ll have some fun while you learn some tangible takeaways to help you not only keep calm and “survive”...but show up as the best version of you!

In today's world, the value of leadership has changed. More andmore organizations recognize impactful leadership must focus its aim on empowering others. However, this level of leadership doesn't start in the organization. In order for an organization to experience the highest levels of performance, impactful leadership has to start with each member of its ecosystem. In this interactive impactful leadership workshop, Yolanda Lewis provides audiences with unique insights into their personal goals, leadership strategies and the impact of those strategies on others' behavior and performance for a more positive workplace experience.
