The SCUCE Exhibit Hall is SOLD OUT. If you are interested in participating as a Walking Vendor, please email sponsorshipandexhibits@lscu.coop and you will be registered manually.

The Walking Vendor is $2,500 per company and includes:

Registration for two (2) company representatives
Attendance at Education Sessions
2 Breakfasts
2 Receptions
Thursday Night Dinner & Silent Auction

*The Walking Vendor Registration does NOT include a Booth.

Each additional Company representative is $450 per person.

Once you are registered, you will be sent an email confirmation that will give you access to the Exhibitor Portal to enter in your company description, booth representatives' names and make payment.

Additional Health & Safety Precautions to Protect Exhibitors and Attendees in the Exhibit Hall:

Masks are mandatory for everyone at the Hilton Bonnet Creek property in public spaces and in the convention center.
The exhibit hall will be thoroughly cleaned before it opens and after each event with anti-bacterial cleaning products and electrostatic misting. High touch areas will be cleaned ongoing.
There will be hand sanitizer stations on each aisle of the exhibit hall and also in the area where food and drinks will be served.
Exhibit booths will have 8ft. back drops and 3-foot sides.
There will be queue lines with 3-foot distancing to control the flow of attendees into the exhibit hall and one-way walking on each divided section aisle.
Booth size is increased to 10x10 to allow for more spacing of exhibitors within the booth.
Cancellation/Refund Policy

There is a non-refundable $500 fee if booth purchase is cancelled prior to May 5, 2021. No refunds will be issued if cancelled on or after May 5, 2021. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to education@lscu.coop by 5:00 p.m. on May 4, 2021.
